Presented is an antique, American coin silver fish or pastry server made during the mid 19th century. This Victorian piece was made between the 1845 and 1865. The handle is done in a twist pattern and the base as well as the handle are finely hand engraved. The front of the handle has a shield cartouche with a monogram of the initials EW.
The back bears a maker's mark and it is guaranteed to be 900 coin purity silver.
This piece is in great overall condition, one tiny bend to the edge. There are no other damages or repairs.
