Presented is an antique, American silverplate cheese scoop server made by the Rogers Brothers during the second half of the 1800s. This piece is done in an Aesthetic Movement style and the bowl is hand engraved with a pretty floral decoration. This is a large cheese scoop, quite long and sturdy.
The piece is marked for Rogers Bros.
This piece is in great overall condition and the designs are crisp. There is surface wear commensurate with age and light use.
