Antique 1890s Hanau Germany Silver Dutch Colonial Style Cherub Serving Fork
Presented is an antique, German silver serving fork made during the late 19th century in Hanau. This is a very ornate piece and it was made during the 1890s. The whole piece is hand chased with detailed cherubs, birds, flowers and scrolls.
One of the fork tines bears hallmarks for Storck & Sinsheimer. Tested and guaranteed to be between 850 and 900 purity silver.
This piece is in excellent overall condition for its age and the designs are crisp. There are no damages or repairs. There is an old monogram on the reverse that is hardly noticeable.
