Antique 14K White Gold Filigree 10pt Diamond Cameo Pendant/Pin
Presented is a lovely 14K gold and genuine carved Cameo Habille pendant / pin, circa 1910-1930s.
The pendant / pin is wonderfully versatile!
It can be hung as a pendant on a chain by the retractable loop or worn as a pin.
This Cameo Habille is beautifully carved on a shell background.
A woman is "wearing" a 10 point diamond around her neck.
10 points equals 1/10th of a carat.
The frame is stamped 14k on the clasp. The pin has been tested with nitric acid and is guaranteed to be 14k gold.
The gold frame is American. The shell cameo was probably carved in Italy.The filigree work on the frame is wonderful.
This piece has a retractable bail.
It is in great condition!
