Presented is a vintage, 10 and 14 karat gold bar pin made in America during the late 1800s or very early 1900s. The pin is fairly simple in design, with a separately cast and applied three leaf decoration. The bar across the front is 10 karat gold purity, while the applied leaf and vine decoration is 14 karat gold purity. The leaves are set with natural seed pearls. The pin has an old C clasp.

This piece has been tested with nitric acid and the bar portion is guaranteed to be 10 karat purity, while the leaf decoration is guaranteed to be 14 karat gold purity.

This piece is in great overall condition for its age. There is a small dent where someone has added a 14K stamp. This stamp was added after the original production of the piece.

The pin measures 1 1/2 inches wide and weighs 1.9 grams.
