Presented is a handsome set of 9 large coin silver dinner forks. This set displays a threaded fiddle tipt pattern and large fork tines. The set has substantial weight. There is a monogram on the back of each handle, GGL, in flowing script.
The reverse of each piece is marked with the maker's mark for Jones, Lows & Ball, a Boston maker in production between 1839-1846.
This set is in great overall condition. Some of the forks have knife marks on the back of the tines, which are normal from typical use. There are no breaks and no repairs.
