Presented is a lovely set of 9 English porcelain dessert or salad plates from Barr, Flight, & Barr. This set was likely produced between 1807-1813, and displays a wide bright orange band with rich gold gilt flowers and leaves. The plates have a gilded edge as well.

The underside of 6 of the plates have a hand-done mark with reads: “Barr, Flight & Barr Worcester / Flight & Barr Coventry Street, London / Manufacturers to their Majesties & Royal Family”. All plates have the under-glaze B mark for Barr, Flight, and Barr.
This set is great quality and are in great condition, especially considering age. As seen in the photos, each plate has some minor losses to the paint and gilding, especially along the gilded edge. The three plates that are not marked are a slightly lighter orange hue, but across a tablescape it would difficult to notice. One plate has a small chip on the edge, and a chip repair. Another plate has a chip repair as well. These are minor and shown in the last photo. There are no other chips, no cracks, and no crazing.
