8pc Stieff Royal Dynasty Sterling Silver Place Settings

Presented is a fine 8 piece set of sterling silver place settings made by the Stieff Company. The two place settings are done in the Royal Dynasty pattern which was first produced in 1966. The two knives have sterling silver handles and stainless steel blades. The other six pieces are solid sterling silver. These place settings have never been monogrammed or engraved.

The set includes:

2 knives: 9 1/4 inches
2 forks: 7 5/8 inches
2 teaspoons: 6 1/4 inches
2 place, dessert or oval soup spoons: 6 7/8 inches

The knives are marked on the blades with Stieff Sterling Handle Stainless Blade. The other pieces are marked on the reverse with Stieff Sterling.

The condition is excellent. There is some surface wear commensurate with age and light use, but this is minor. There are no dents, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals, no breaks, and no repairs.

The weight of the solid sterling silver pieces is 326 grams or 11.4 ounces. This does not include the weight of the knives because of the stainless steel blades.
