Presented is a very fine quality set of 7 sterling silver fish or beef forks made by Durgin during the first quarter of the 1900s. This set is in the New Vintage pattern, which was patented in 1904. This is a very large and heavy weight set that could be used for a number of foods, not just fish! Each handle has raised grape bunch and leaf decorations. This set has never been monogrammed. These forks are quite rare and very hard to find.
Each piece is marked for Durgin and sterling silver purity.
This set is in great overall condition. There are no damages and no repairs.
