Presented is a fine set of six sterling silver teaspoons by Towle Silversmiths. The teaspoons are done in the Old Colonial pattern which was first produced in 1895. They are monogrammed on the reverse with MVB. Three of the spoons are engraved with dates on the reverse of ’96, ’98 and 1901.
The teaspoons are hallmarked on the reverse with the maker’s mark for Towle Silversmiths, 925-1000, Sterling, Pat. 1895. Obviously these spoons are old production.
The condition is excellent. There are no dents, no dings, no splits, no breaks, and no repairs.
