Presented is a fine set of 6 American coin silver tablespoons or serving spoons made by Lewis Ladomus of Philadelphia. Ladomus was active around 1830 to 1850. The spoons are done in the classic Fiddle pattern and monogrammed with MAS on the end of the handles.
Each spoon is marked on the reverse with L. Ladomus for the maker.
The condition is excellent. The spoons have some surface wear commensurate with their age and light use, but this is minor. There are no dents, no splits, no breaks, and no repairs.
