Presented is a wonderful set of 5 sterling silver forks by Tuttle. The forks are done in the Onslow pattern which was first produced by Tuttle in 1931.
The forks are hallmarked on the reverse with Tuttle Sterling, the pine tree maker’s mark, and the date mark HT for Harry Truman and II for his second term, indicating a production date between 1949-1953. I believe one of these forks resells at Replacements for $160. Our price is much less.
The condition is excellent. There is surface wear commensurate with use, but this is minor. There are no dents, no dings, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals, no breaks, and no repairs.
