Presented is a handsome English Georgian sterling silver creamer and sugar bowl set with a matching Victorian teapot. Each piece has an elegant lobed design with a rectangular panel on either side engraved with flowers and leaves and a fancy coat of arms below. The teapot was made years later to match the rest of the set. It has a dark wooden handle and finial. All three pieces are very clean on the interior and ready to use. The set includes: Teapot: 11 1/2 inches wide from handle to spout and 6 1/4 inches tall Creamer: 5 inches wide from handle to spout and 5 1/2 inches tall Sugar bowl: 8 5/8 inches wide across the handles and 5 1/8 inches tall

The creamer and sugar bowl are hallmarked on the underside with the lion passant for sterling silver, the leopard’s head crowned for London, the date letter ‘s’ for 1793, the duty mark of King George III’s head, and a maker’s mark of HC for Henry Chawner. The teapot is hallmarked on the underside with the lion passant for sterling silver, the leopard’s head crowned for London, the date letter ‘e’ for 1860, the duty mark of Queen Victoria’s head, and a maker’s mark of JA for Joseph Angell I.

The condition is excellent. The handle on the teapot has a little bit of play to it, but this is quite minor. The handle is still structurally sound and in no danger of coming off. There are no dents, no splits, no breaks, and no repairs.

The combined weight of the set is 1098.1 grams or 38.5 ounces.
