Presented is a beautiful sterling silver heart-shaped pierced dish from Gorham. This piece displays grand scroll and ribbon decorations and a fancy border. The pierce-work displays great round and quatrefoil shapes. The dish stands on 3 ball feet. This piece was made by Gorham in multiple sizes, it is likely that piece is in the largest size.
The underside is marked sterling along with the maker's mark for Gorham and date mark for 1952. The piece also has an original Gorham sticker.
The dish is in great overall condition. The decorations are well-defined. There are no monograms, no monogram removals, no breaks, and no repairs.
