18K Gold Cabochon Sapphire & Diamond Ring

Presented is a wonderful quality 18K gold cabochon sapphire and diamond ring. The ring is topped with a seven large, beautifully matched cabochon sapphires and 9 gorgeous modern brilliant cut diamonds. The sapphires measure about 6.0 x 4.5 millimeters. The diamonds range from approximately 3-10 points each, and there is at least 1/2 a carat in total diamond weight, if not more. The diamonds are all VS clarity stones with G color. One diamond near the bottom has 2 tiny chips in it, but would otherwise be in the VS quality range. The stones are all prong set in a heavy weight 18K gold setting. The ring is modern.
The ring is marked on the inside of the band with 18K for 18K gold. We have tested the ring with nitric acid and guarantee it to be 18K gold.
The condition is excellent. The stones are all securely set. The stones are all in great shape. As mentioned previously, one diamond near the bottom has 2 tiny chips in it, but these are only visible with a jeweler's loup and are extremely minor. There are no chips, no cracks, no splits, no breaks, and no repairs.
The ring is between a size 7 1/2 and 7 3/4. It can be sized up or down.
The ring weighs 12.4 grams.
