Presented is a nice set of 5 small Limoges French porcelain dishes. These dishes would work well for serving nuts or candy or, of course, olives. The dishes are beautifully hand painted and gilded with a design of green olives and leaves on a pink background. The dishes have a wavy edge rim that is elegantly gilded.
The undersides of the dishes are marked in green with Limoges France. These dishes were made circa 1890s.
The condition is excellent. There are no chips, no cracks, no crazing, no breaks, and no repairs.
