Presented is a fantastic Georgian English sterling silver platter or stuffing spoon. This piece dates to 1829 and was made by William Eaton. The spoon is done in a classic Fiddle Thread pattern. The handle has a finely engraved crest of a hunting horn. This serving spoon is a good large size, with a long handle, great for any serving purpose you like.

This piece is hallmarked on the stem with the lion passant for sterling silver, the leopard's head for the city of London, the date letter O for 1829, King George IV's head duty mark, and the maker's mark for William Eaton.
