Presented is a lovely English sterling silver serving spoon from 1813. This piece displays chased flowers and a bright gold wash in the bowl. The piece has a elegant rounded handle with a tipt detail.
The reverse is marked with full English hallmarks: the lion passant for sterling silver, the leopard's head crowned for London, the duty mark of King George III's head, and the date letter S representing 1813. There is also a maker's mark TD.
This piece is in great overall condition. There are no monograms, no monogram removals, no splits, no breaks, and no repairs.
