1791 Excellent Set 6 English Georgian Sterling Silver Demitasse / Coffee Spoons

Presented is a fine set of 6 English Georgian sterling silver demitasse or coffee spoons. The spoons are made in a lovely classic rounded or Old English type of pattern, with a downward turn to the tips of the handles, a pip to the reverse of the terminal, and a slightly elongated heel to the back of the bowl. Each spoon has a marriage style monogram of I * L, neatly engraved but clearly by hand.
Each spoon is hallmarked with the lion passant for sterling silver, the date letter q for 1791, the duty stamp of King George III's head, and the maker's mark for Samuel Godbehere and Edward Wigan.
This set of spoons is in great overall condition. The tips of the bowls have some wear, and there are some minor dings to the bowls. There are no splits, no monogram removals, and no repairs.
Each spoon measures about 4 3/4 inches long.
