Presented is a lovely American coin silver coffee spoon, likely from the 1790s. The handle has a slight coffin end pattern shape. The front handle end is monogrammed “AF”. The piece is tested and guaranteed coin silver.
The reverse is marked with a maker's mark for Saunders Pitman from Rhode Island.
This spoon is in great overall condition, especially considering age. There are no breaks and no repairs.
