Presented is a marvelous, 14 karat yellow gold, amethyst and diamond ring made in America during the past 30 years. The ring has a heavy weight setting and a wide, decorative front. The center is set with a large, faceted, light colored amethyst, in an interesting domed cut. We estimate the stone to be approximately 5 1/2 carats. The amethyst is surrounded by twenty six 1-point diamonds that are full of life. The top and bottom of the large mounting have openwork leaf designs, set with twelve 1-point diamonds all together. This is a very fine quality ring, sure to get some attention! The ring is a size 7 but it can be resized by a jeweler.
The inside of the ring is marked 14K and CGJ.
