Presented is a fine set of 12 sterling silver dinner size knives made by the Whiting Manufacturing Company during the early 1900s. This set is in the Madam Morris pattern, which was patented in 1910. Each handle has a beaded border on either side and a leaf flourish at the tip. All of the handles have a block letter Y monogram. All of the blades are stainless steel.
Each handle is marked sterling and each blade is marked stainless.
This set is in fabulous condition. Although all the blades are stainless steel there is some pitting to several of the blades. There are no dents, no breaks, no splits, no monogram removals and no repairs.
