Presented is a vintage set of 12 sterling silver and enamel demitasse or coffee spoons made by Thorvald Marthinsen during the first half of the 1900s, probably the 1920s to the 1950s. The spoons are done in a deep gold wash and the front of each handle is enameled with design. This is a lovely, fine quality set.
The back of each spoon is marked for Thorvald Marthinsen and sterling silver purity.
This set is in excellent overall condition. The enamel is perfect. No chips, no cracks and no missing enamel.
