Presented is a set of twelve fine German dinner knives, with silver handles and stainless steel blades. The pattern on the handle is a very simple shell and scroll design. The blades are non-serrated and hold a fairly sharp edge. This handsome set would be an asset to any table. The handle pattern is pretty but still neutral enough that the knives could match well with other sets.
The handles of the knives are stamped with the crown and crescent moon and 800 guaranteeing at least 800 purity silver. There is also a maker's mark which we do not recognize. The blades are marked 'rostfrei' indicating stainless steel.
The knife set is in good overall condition. Two of the knives have some knicks to the handle, as shown in the photographs, and another two have some slight staining/pitting to the blades. All are in useable condition.
