Presented is a fine set of 12 antique porcelain dessert or salad plates made by Royal Worcester of England in 1924. This early 20th century set is done in the Puritan pattern. Each rim is beautifully decorated with slightly raised, colorful festoons of flowers. This is a very pretty set.
The underside of each plate is marked with the Royal Worcester hallmark and a series of dots indicating production in the year 1924.
This set is in excellent overall condition for its age. There is some scratching to the centers, but this can only really be seen if you are closely inspecting the plates. One plate has a small chip to the underside of its rim, but this is only visible when you turn the plate upside down.
