Presented is a nice set of 11 sterling silver ice cream or dessert forks or terrapin forks made by Gorham. This set is in the Cromwell pattern, which was patented in 1900. This set is old, original production. Each handle has a scroll border and shell accent at the tip. All of the forks in this set have a Gothic style P monogram. The base of each fork has a fine gold wash. These pieces are quite unusual and hard-to-find, especially in a set.

The backs are marked with the Gorham hallmark, sterling and patent 1900.

This set is in excellent condition. There are no dents, no breaks, no splits, no monogram removals and no repairs.

Each fork measures 5 1/2 inches long and the combined weight of the set is 312 grams or 11 ounces.
