Presented is a handsome set of 10 porcelain wide rimmed soup bowls from Cauldon. This set displays an elegant decorative gilding and cobalt bordered edge. The bowls were likely produced in the 1910s-1920s. The underside of each piece is marked with the maker's mark for Cauldon and a second mark which included the Boston retailer Jones, McDuffie & Stratton and the distributor mark for Brown-Westhead, Moore & Co, which include the Royal Coat of Arms. This set is in excellent overall condition. The colors are bright. One bowl has a small chip on the underside of the edge. There are no cracks, no crazing, no breaks, and no repairs.
