Vintage Sterling Native American Ring Turquoise Sz 9

This Native American ring is made with genuine turquoise and sterling silver (marked as such).  The band of the ring has a sunrise mark at three places (can be seen in photos below).  This stone and setting may have originally been part of a different piece of jewelry and later made into a ring.  This seems likely, because the maker's mark and part of the sterling silver mark were covered when the stone was soldered to the band of the ring (see photos below).  Because of that, we cannot read the maker's mark. It could possibly be Ben Nighthorse but we just don't know. It is a size 9.
