Vintage Middle Eastern Turkish Silver Incense Burner

Presented is a very nice silver incense burner, or some other similar device. This was possibly made in the Middle East or in Asia, maybe Turkey? The burner is made of a little round-bottomed urn with a pierced conical lid. The urn is seated on three ornate paisley-shaped legs bolted to the side of the urn and bolted to the underplate. The burner sits on three painted wood ball feet. These feet are a later addition.
The item is marked twice on the lid, twice on the underside of the burner, once on one of the legs, and twice in the center of the tray. The marks are unevenly struck, so it is difficult to reconstruct them.
The condition is excellent. The hinge works very well, and the lid closes securely. There are no breaks, no cracks, no splits, no dents, no monograms, no monogram removals and no repairs other than the added wood feet.
The item measures about 5 1/2 inches in diameter and 7 1/4 inches tall.
The item, including the ball feet, weighs 12.65 ounces or 358.6 grams.
