Stylish Retro 18k Gold Mesh Necklace

Presented is a stylish retro 18 karat gold necklace. This piece dates to around the 1950s and was made in Argentina. The necklace is done in an interesting tightwoven mesh design, with ridge and ball shapes separating
graduated triangular sections of mesh.  The necklace is very well made with a nice feeling of weight and quality when worn. The bracelet has a tongue insert style clasp with a safety chain on one side for additional security. A matching bracelet is also for sale, under the title "Stylish Retro 18k Gold Mesh Bracelet".

The necklace is in great condition. The clasp and safety both function well and shut securely. There are no breaks and no repairs.

The necklace is stamped and guaranteed 18k on the back of the clasp, as well as 'Argentina.'

The necklace is about 15 3/4 inches long, not including the tongue of the clasp which does not contribute to the overall length when worn.

The necklace weighs 48.5 grams.
