Presented is a gorgeous pair of 14 karat gold and lapis lazuli earrings. These are American earrings, dating to around the 1950s-1970s. Each earring is set with a round cabochon of lapis lazuli, about 15.5 millimeters in diameter. The settings of the earrings is rose gold in an ornate design of flowers and leaves. The setting is beautifully textured and detailed, down to the veining of the leaves and flower petals. These are clip-back earrings, suitable for pierced or non-pierced ears.
The earrings are stamped 14k on both the clip backs and on the backs of the earrings themselves.
Each earring is about 7/8 of an inch in diameter.
The earrings weigh a total of 13.8 grams.
