$1,440.00
Presented is a beautiful 18 karat rose gold and citrine bracelet. This piece dates to around the 1950s-1960s. We aren't sure of the maker, but the work seems reminiscent of pieces by Brazil maker H. Stern. The bracelet is set with eight emerald cut citrines, about 2.13 carats each in size, for a total carat weight of at least 17 carats. The stones are a rich deep amber color, deeper than honey citrine but not quite Madeira, though of course that's open to interpretation. The gold of the bracelet is rose gold,, which complements the deep yellow-orange of the citrines. The bracelet has a box and tab style clasp with a safety latch on one side, so it is quite secure.
The bracelet is in great condition. The stones are all well set, with no chips. The clasp functions well and closes securely. The bracelet is stamped and guaranteed 18k, on the tongue of the clasp. The bracelet is about 7 ¼ inches long, not including the tongue of the clasp which does not contribute to the overall length when worn. The bracelet is about 7 millimeters wide. The bracelet weighs 20.5 grams.-jm
