Stunning 14k Yellow Gold & Ruby Basket Weave Ring Size 7.75

Presented is a stunning 14 karat yellow gold and ruby ring. This is an American piece, likely made in the past 30 years or so. The ring is set with 19 rubies in three rows, six on the outer two rows and seven in the center. The six rubies on either side are about 3 points each in size, while the center rubies are about 5 points each, for a total carat weight of about 71 points, just shy of 3/4 of a carat. The rubies are well matched in rich red color, very attractive paired with the yellow gold. The setting has a charming open trellis sort of design in the center, where the rubies are, with ropetwist on either side and fine texturing on the shoulders.
