Presented is an interesting American 10K gold stickpin. The stickpin is bezel set with a green glass stone. It was probably made around 1910. The stone has an opalescent quality, with white interior swirls. The stickpin has a clutch back safety mechanism for additional security.
The stickpin is not marked, but we have tested it with nitric acid and guarantee it to be 10K gold.
The condition is excellent. There is a small chip on the reverse side of the stone, but this is invisible when the stickpin is being worn. The stone is securely bezel set, so there is no danger of it coming out the mounting. There are no other chips, no cracks, no breaks, and no repairs.
The stickpin is 2 1/2 inches long.
