Presented is a completely hand crafted, sterling silver pin made by McClelland Barclay during the early 1940s. Barclay was a noted American illustrator and designer during the first half of the 1900s and produced nearly all of his sterling silver Arts & Crafts jewelry in 1942 and 1943. The pin is in an openwork form and shows a little lamb above a couple of flowers with some leaves and a tree along the sides and top.
The back of the piece is marked McClelland Barclay and sterling silver. This piece is in virtually mint condition. There are no damages and no repairs.
The pin measures 2 1/8 by 2 1/4 inches long and weighs 27.1 grams. This is a large pin.
