Late 1800s/Early 1900s Victorian 14k Gold Chain Bracelet w/Red Gem Accents
Presented is a lovely Victorian 14 karat gold bracelet. This piece dates to the late 1800s or early 1900s, and is likely American. The bracelet consists of wide links, very closely interwoven. The clasp is finely hand engraved, and set
with three red stones. The bracelet has a tongue insert style clasp, with attached safety chain.
The bracelet is in great condition. The clasp functions well and closes securely. There are no breaks and no repairs.
The tongue of the clasp is stamped and guaranteed 14k.
The bracelet will fit a wrist of about 6 1/2 inches in circumference. Because of the safety chain, the bracelet does have to pass over the widest part of the hand, in order to be worn.
The bracelet weighs 21.1 grams.
