Presented is an antique, 14 karat yellow gold and natural shell portrait cameo pin, brooch or pendant made during the early to mid 1900s in Italy. The large mounting is solid 14 karat gold. The center is securely bezel set with a detailed, hand carved shell portrait cameo. The clasp has a safety latch for added security.
