Presented is a fine quality, heavy weight 14K gold bracelet. This is a wonderful
quality piece of American Victorian jewelry, made between the 1850s to
approximately 1880. This bracelet was completely handmade, which took quite a
bit of time. The bracelet has a ribbed design with each piece soldered at either
end to an old-fashioned chain. Each of the links on the chain as a small hole
worn on the high points. but since every one of the links has this hole, it
actually makes a pretty interesting design. The bracelet is very well made. It
closes with a plunger clasp and has a safety chain for additional security.

The bracelet is not marked, as expected for a piece of jewelry of this age.
We have tested it with nitric acid and guarantee it to be 14K gold.

The condition is excellent. The clasp is working well and snaps securely
shut. There are a few very minor dents, which just do not photograph. There is
also a single solder repair on one of the links on the end chain. The repair was
well done and virtually invisible. Otherwise there are no splits, no breaks, and
no repairs.

The bracelet is 7 1/2 inches long.  The width of the bracelet is 17.11 mm or .67 inches, a little bit more than 5/8 inch.

The weight is 24.4 grams.
