Fabulous Tiffany Co 117pc Sterling Silver Faneuil Flatware Serves 10

Presented is a fabulous Tiffany & Co sterling silver 117 piece flatware set. This set is done in the elegant Faneuil pattern, which began production in 1910. This is a simple, classy pattern with rounded handles that taper to a pointed tip. This set serves 10, with 5pc place settings and a double set of teaspoons, as well as a variety of serving utensils and extras in many of the place settings. The knives have stainless steel blades in the New French style. Each piece is monogrammed LFM in script on the handle.

The set consists of:

• 12 knives--9 1/4 inches long.
• 10 forks--7 1/8 inches long.
• 12 salad/fish forks--6 5/8 inches long.
• 11 round bowl soup spoons--6 3/4 inches long.
• 20 teaspoons--6 inches long.
• 12 parfait spoons--7 1/2 inches long.
• 11 butter knives--6 1/8 inches long.
• 11 demitasse spoons--4 3/8 inches long.
• 5 dessert/cocktail forks--6 1/8 inches long.
• 1 large serving spoon--9 3/4 inches long.
• 2 serving spoons--8 3/4 inches long.
• 1 large serving fork--8 5/8 inches long.
• 1 casserole serving spoon/scoop--9 1/8 inches long.
• 1 smaller serving spoon--7 1/4 inches long.
• 1 gravy ladle--7 1/2 inches long.
• 1 small sauce ladle--7 inches long.
• 1 sugar/jelly serving spoon--5 3/4 inches long.
• 2pc large carving set--14 1/4 inch knife, 11 inch fork
• 2pc smaller carving set--10 5/8 inch knife, 8 7/8 inch fork

This set is in great overall condition. One of the knives has some pitting to the handle, right where the blade joins, but it is still completely useable. There are no other issues, no splits, no breaks, no monogram removals, and no repairs.

We are including with the set a felt-lined wooden flatware storage chest. The chest is in good shape and does an excellent job of protecting the silver from wear. The chest is a free gift and does not factor in to the price or condition statement of the set, we merely include it as a convenience for the buyer. If you do not want this storage chest, please let us know and we will not ship it.

Each piece, except the knives and carving sets, is stamped with the Tiffany & Co maker's mark as well as sterling. The knives are marked Tiffany & Co on the blades and Tiffany & Co and sterling on the collars. The carving knives are marked Tiffany & Co on one side of the blade and 'Made by Case Stainless' on the other. Both carving knives and both carving forks are marked Tiffany & Co and sterling on the collars of the handles.

The weighable silver weight for the set, not including the knives and carving sets due to their non-silver blades, is 4038 grams or 142.4 regular ounces.
