Fabulous Pair 18k Gold & Diamond Crowned Heart Earrings

Presented is a fabulous pair of 18 karat gold and diamond earrings. These are
modern earrings, likely of American make. Each earring is done in the form of a
crowned heart dangling from a diamond or lozenge shape. The top portion is flush
set with 8 diamonds in a circular formation, with three more diamonds set around
the band of the crown hanging below. There are 22 total diamonds, all modern
brilliant cut stones of about 3 points each in size, for a total carat weight
that is certainly over half a carat, possibly as much as two-thirds of a carat
(55-66 points). The diamonds are vibrant, dazzling stones of VS-1 clarity and
G/H color. The earrings themselves have a very attractive brushed finish, which
is quite appealing with the sparkling diamonds. The earrings are very well made
pieces, with a great feeling of weight and quality. The earrings have posts with
omega style clip backs, for wear with pierced ears, though your local jeweler
could easily convert them for wear with unpierced ears.
