Beautiful 18k Gold Baroque Pearl & ~.40ct Diamond Earrings

Presented is a classy pair of 18 karat gold, pearl and diamond earrings.
These are relatively modern earrings, likely of American make. Each earring
consists of a single baroque pearl in an appealing smooth oval shape, with three
bezel set diamonds above it. One pearl measures about 11 by 10.3 millimeters,
while the other measures about 11 by 10.2 millimeters, so you can see they are
very regular in size, well matched in their shape and color as well. The
diamonds are modern brilliant cut stones of about 7 points each in size, of VVS
clarity and F-G color, very high grade and vibrant stones. The total diamond
weight for the pair is at least 40 points. The earrings have posts for pierced
ears with big, easy to put on butterfly style backs.

The earrings are in great condition. The pearls are well mounted with clean,
smooth nacre. The diamonds are securely set.

Each earring is stamped on the post with 18k and a maker's mark in the shape
of a wagon wheel. The butterfly backs are marked 14k.

Each earring is about 3/4 of an inch long.

The total weight for the pair is 6.8 grams.
