Antique Dutch Silver 1900 Finely Hand Engraved Flowers Serving Scoop Spoon
Presented is a unique, Dutch silver serving scoop or spoon made in the year 1900. This antique piece is beautifully hand engraved with flowers, leaves and scrolls. The handle is curved and the bowl is done in sort of shovel form with a decorative rim.
The back is marked with the Dutch Minerva head duty mark, the lion passant for minimum 833 purity silver, a date letter Q for the year 1900 and a maker's mark.
This piece is in great overall condition for its age and the engravings are crisp. There is a small dent to the handle, but as you can see in the photographs, this is hardly noticeable.
