Presented is an antique, 10 karat yellow gold and natural pearl lavalier necklace pendant made in America during the very early 1900s. The openwork, filigree pendant has a small section of black enamel in the center as well as two natural pearls.

The clasp is marked 10K. Tested and guaranteed to be 10 karat gold purity.
