Presented is an antique, sterling silver gravy or sauce ladle made in London, England in 1809. This early 19th century, Georgian piece is done in a classic Fiddle pattern. The handle has never been monogrammed.


The back of the handle is marked with the lion passant for sterling silver purity, a duty mark of the king’s head, a date letter U for the year 1815 and a maker’s mark of the initials IN. 


This piece is in great overall condition for its age, with one very minor dent to the bowl and minimal surface wear and no other damages or repairs.
