Present is an antique, sterling silver serving spoon made by William Eley & William Fearn of London in 1801. This very early 19th century, Georgian piece is done in a classic round tip pattern. The front of the handle has a monogram of the initials AHP in a script font.

The back of the handle is marked with the crowned leopard's head for the city of London, the lion passant for sterling silver purity, a date letter F for the year 1801, a maker's mark for William Eley & William Fearn and a duty mark of the King George III's head.

This piece is in excellent condition for its age. There is minor surface wear commensurate with age and use, but no damages and no repairs.
