900 Purity Silver Punched Design Cuff Bracelet Southeast Asia/North Africa
Presented is a wonderful vintage silver cuff bracelet, made in
either southeast Asia or North Africa. A kind eBayer has informed us that the
mark depicted in the final photo is the moor head mark of Tunisia.
This
piece is tested and guaranteed to be 900 purity silver. It also bears a
mark underneath the "6" or "9" mark. We do not know for sure if this is
the Tunisian purity mark, as it is indistinct and there are not many examples for comparison.
This is a vintage piece, most likely made about
50-60 years ago.
The bracelet is of a very thick gauge, and has a nice heavy
feel to it.
There is wonderful punched designs to the front and ends of
the bracelet.
There are no problems with this piece.
Ready to add
charm to your look!
Inner circumference: 7 inches including the gap. Gap measures about 3/8 of an inch, but could be adjusted very carefully, though the bracelet is solid and sturdy so this is not easy to do. Most of the band is about an inch wide, but the ends are about 1 1/4 inches wide.
Weight: 77.0 grams (2.71 ounces).
