Presented is a small pair of sterling silver tongs made by Georg Jensen of Denmark. This piece is in the Acorn pattern, which began production in 1915. The handles are done in a neat acorn and flourish design and the feet have ruffled accents along the edge.
This piece is in great condition. The spring mechanism of the tongs is in great working order. There are no splits, no breaks, no dents, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs.
This piece is stamped with the Georg Jensen maker's mark as well as sterling and Denmark.
The tongs are about 3 3/4 inches long.
