Presented is a completely hand hammered, American Arts & Crafts covered sauce pot or pourer made around 1905. The body of the pot as well as the lid are solid sterling silver and the lid has a slight hand hammered finish. The finial and handle are turned wood. This is a great quality piece.
Both the body and lid are marked sterling, although we are not sure who the maker's marks are for.
This piece is in excellent overall condition. The handle may have been repinned and the wood is a little loose but still totally attached. There are no other flaws or repairs.
The pan measures 4 1/4 inches in diameter, is 8 1/2 inches long including the handle and is 3 1/8 inches tall with the lid on.
Weight: 250 grams.
