Presented is a lovely set of 5 Gorham sterling silver bouillon soup spoons. These spoons are done in the elegant Paris pattern, which began production in 1901. Four of the spoons have a monogram of 'P' on the terminal of the handle, done in nice flowing script. The remaining spoon has a monogram of 'S'.
Four of the five spoons are hallmarked with the Gorham maker's mark on the back of the bowl, as well as sterling and a patent date of 1901 on the stem. The remaining spoon has the mark cast as part of the design on the top of the back of the bowl, with sterling stamped on the stem.
Each spoon is about 5 1/4 inches long.
The total weight for the spoons is 156.7 grams or 5.5 regular ounces.
