2 Antique Sterling Silver Gorham Paris 1901 Art Nouveau Ice Cream Forks

Presented is a great pair of sterling silver ice cream forks or terrapin forks made by Gorham Manufacturing Company. The forks are done in the desirable and hard to find multi-motif Paris pattern which was patented in 1901. The forks are monogrammed with BSG on the ends of the handle.
The ice cream forks are marked on the reverse with Gorham’s old company hallmarks, Sterling and Pat. 1901.
The condition is excellent. The detail is quite good. The forks have some surface wear commensurate with age and light use, but this is minor. There are no dents, no splits, no breaks, and no repairs.
The ice cream forks are 5 3/8 inches long.
The weight is 46.9 grams or 1.6 ounces.
